EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your AvaBellas purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we have options to get you in the perfect dress. If you purchased a dress and it is too large or too small, this is normal. These dresses will almost never fit without proper altering. In fact, you will feel simply amazing with altering! These dresses are made to be altered which will give the the absolute perfect fit! Please allow time for altering! Plan ahead! Do not order a dress last minute; it's not like your school homework :P You want to feel like a princess on your special night!
REFUNDS
Receive a refund on any qualifying item.
EXCHANGES
Size not quite right? Call us to exchange for a new size. Please not that most every dress will need to be altered. If you purchase a long dress, expect to have it altered! A dress that is slightly too large or small can be altered to fit you!
STORE CREDITS
Receive store credit for regular sale items. Please contact us before returning items at E-Mail: sales@avabellas.com (9am - 6pm Mon-Fri (CST) United States) Please include your order number in your email. Return Address: Will vary depending on dress brand you purchased. We will give you a return label, that you will simply place on the original box for return.
Return of Free Shipped Items: If you return any items from an order that received FREE SHIPPING, COUPONS, or DISCOUNTS the return will make the FREE SHIPPING, COUPONS and DISCOUNTS become reversed. Returns and replacements require a valid Return Authorization. Shipping to and from your location will be deducted from the returned item plus restocking fees.

Refunds: Regular-priced items may be returned for a refund, unless otherwise stated.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees will vary depending on the cost of the item(s):
Please make sure to return your dress in ORIGINAL, BRAND NEW CONDITION (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, free of chemicals, scents, perfumes, sweat and any type of shedding skin cells attached)
If a customer is experiencing dissatisfaction with product quality past the 5 day time limit or after the item has been worn or used, we suggest that the customer contacts the manufacturer of the product. Any problem that occurs after the 5 day time limit or after the product has been used is a sign of quality dissatisfaction and since AvaBellas is not the maker of the product, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, the customer will have to contact the brand label.
Store Credit: Sale items may be returned for a store credit, valid for 5 years from issue date. Final Sale: All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged
Return requests must be made within 5 days of the delivery date.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization # within 5 days of receiving your product.
☑All returns require a valid Return Authorization # (RA).
☑You must request an RA # within 7 days of receiving your order.
☑Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving an RA #.
Once we receive a return, please allow 5-10 business days to process the refund/store credit. A prepaid shipping label request can be made during the RA request process, or you can provide your own label using any other trackable method.
If you use your prepaid shipping label (Continental US customers only), a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
All international customers are responsible to pay any and all fees when shipping back an item. (Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.) All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, undamaged, salable, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense. All items are inspected upon return for signs of makeup, sweat, skin shedding, alteration,deodorant stains, rips, tears, stains etc. Only once the item is inspected and deemed saleable do we then authorize the refund. WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL POLICY? All international customers are responsible for paying any and all fees when shipping back an item (duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.). We do not offer exchanges for international customers.
*The customer is responsible for any and all shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees. There are no restocking fees if returned before 3 days.
Non-Returnable Items
Discontinued items, Clearance items, Special sale items, Special Orders, and Last Call, Flash Sale items. These items can be identified with hyphens at the beginning of the name such as dis-, sale-. They can also be distinguished by having hard brackets at the end of the name such as [S], [D], [C] or any other letters. Another way these items can be distinguished on the item page is under the item# there will be "Final Sale No returns or exchanges". Any product that exhibits physical damage Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law.
General Return Policy and Exchanges. All requests for return or exchange must be made within 5 calendar days of the delivery. All items authorized for a return or an exchange must be received at our main office within 10 days from the authorization date. Any refusal of a delivery will be regarded as return and be disqualified for an exchange. ALL returning merchandise must be in its original sell-able condition with the original packaging, including all of its contents. Otherwise, your return will not qualify for a refund. You are also responsible for the costs associated with return shipping. Authorized exchanges will be shipped at your expense. We are not responsible for malfunction or manufacturer defects of electronic appliances or merchandise after 5 days from the date of delivery, after which you must contact the manufacturer for warranty and repairs. You must ship the items back to us Only via UPS Ground, US Postal Service Priority Mail or US Postal Service Parcel Post. We will not refund shipping and handling charges associated with returns and exchanges. If you are located outside the U.S., you are responsible for any taxes, duties and processing fees incurred as a result of returning or refusing package acceptance. By requesting an exchange, you agree to be responsible for any fees incurred by us to process that exchange. All exchanges and returns will be considered final transactions. Promotional codes or promotional shipping prices can not be applied to exchanges. Also no reward points can be used towards an exchange. For exchange items the price that will be applied for the exchange is at the time we receive the exchange. We will not be responsible for issuing a refund if we do not hear from you within 30 days after the items have been returned. After this period, the returned items will be disposed.
